recognize memory card.
First check memory card reader is capable with SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity), if not replace card reader with SDHC compatible memory reader.If memory card does not recognize
on your computer please upgrade your computer driver
2. Product did not come with software.
DRS-1100’s
software will automatically download to SD card from device after initial use.Please
insert SD card into device and run on the device and check SD card on your PC
for software.
3. What
kind GPS module does it uses?
Deviceis equipped with GPS module with SiRF III chip set. GPS
signal acquisition time may vary in location.
4. What
kind memory card should I use?
We recommend using Toshiba / SanDisk memory card, other memory cards are under
testing for durability. We
also highly recommend using class 4 or higher SDHC memory card.
※Use of untested memory card might have some compatibility
issue.
※Memory card has its own lifespan and may not be
able to store new data after certain period of time. In such a case, please
purchase a new memory card.
5. What’s
QVGA/VGA/MEGA resolution meaning?
QVGA:320 X 240 pixel / 30 frames per sec. max.
VGA:640 X 480 pixel / 30 frames per sec. max.
MEGA:1280 X 960 pixel / 5 frames per sec. max
6.What’s G-Sensor sensitivity?
G-Sensor is accelerometer that senses impact from 3 axis (X: front-back, Y: left-right,
Z: up-down).When
impact occurs it will automatically save video event.Sensitivity
is could be set between 0.1 ~ 1.5, higher setting value is less sensitive.Please
adjust G-Sensor sensitivity depend on your driving and road condition.
7. What's Single / Multi mode?
Single-mode only records when impact occurs orwhen user presses the manual (emergency) button. Multi-mode is Single-mode with real-time
recording.
8. How can I convert DRS-1100 captured video to other playable format? a.
Open .ub1 file or select any video file from ._System.mdb file. b. Click
on 'File save' icon on bottom of X-driven screen (one looks like floppy
disk) c. Select 'Savging Method' d. When 'Save As' pop up displays
select 'Save as type' pull down menu and select .AVI file and save. NOTE:
some of omder version player does not support this function if you
bought DRS-1100 from somewhere else please ckeck your version and download
latest X-driven(V. 1.7.7)

How can I change to mp/h and km/h on pc viewer?
PC viewer does display in mph. when you click on speedometer on bottom center
screen it changes to mp/h and km/h.
